I read about Elephant Parade and its way to Asia from Jetstar's magazine and it's finally here in Singapore!! It is an organization dedicated to create awareness for the cause of elephant conservation, especially for Asian elephant, which threatened by extinction. Read more about Elephant Parade at elephantparade.com..
There are a lot of baby elephants, painted and decorated by international artists and celebrities (including Katy Perry and Nadya Hutagalung!) along Orchard Rd, Marina Bay, Vivo City, Botanic Gardens, Singapore Zoo, museums, etc!! We only got the chance to spot the elephants alongside Orchard Road and Little Kent loved to pose with them!! =`)
I love the "Paul Frank Elephant" just outside ION Orchard!! Very cute with vibrant colors!! <3
TANGS Singapore has Elephant Parade Gallery where you can even find the merchandises!! So do drop by and lend your support to Asian Elephants!! =`)
